At Furni Style Shop, we design furniture to perfectly fit your space—but we understand that sometimes a piece might not work as envisioned. That’s why we offer a straightforward 15-day return policy for most items, giving you peace of mind with your contemporary furniture purchases.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact (we recommend keeping boxes for 15 days)
  • Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For quality and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or made-to-order furniture pieces
  • Final sale items (clearly marked during checkout)
  • Opened bedding or mattress toppers
  • Items damaged due to improper assembly or use

Simple 3-Step Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return

    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return
    • Photos of the item (if applicable)

  2. Receive Return Authorization

    Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:

    • Return authorization number
    • Prepaid return shipping label (for eligible returns)
    • Instructions for packaging
  3. Ship Your Return

    Securely package the item(s) using original packaging and attach the provided label. For exchanges, please indicate your preferred replacement item in your initial email.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds process within 5-7 business days after return receipt
  • Method: Funds return to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless return is due to our error

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed, with no additional shipping charges (continental US only).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your furniture arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include photos of the damage and packaging
  3. We’ll arrange for replacement or repair at no cost to you
