All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and either cancel the order or offer a suitable alternative.

2.3 Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Certain items in our Bakers’ Racks & Pantry Cabinets, Bar Furniture, and Dining Room Sets collections are made-to-order and cannot be returned unless defective.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Order Process

By placing an order, you offer to purchase a product subject to these terms. We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, though this will not affect orders already placed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)

4.2 Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination.

4.3 Delivery Issues

You must inspect deliveries immediately. Report any damage within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging to qualify for replacement.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

Most items can be returned within 15 days of delivery if:

• Item is in original, unused condition with tags attached
• Original packaging is intact
• Return request is initiated within 15 days
• Proof of purchase is provided

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

Custom/made-to-order furniture, final sale items, opened bedding, and items damaged due to improper assembly cannot be returned.

5.3 Return Process

5.4 Refunds

Refunds process within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
